We boast of our Parts Department People - they ensure that they can provide/source out any part required at any given time. Any emergency power system cannot run without them. Our parts inventory are constantly being updated with our on-line inventory system effectively alarming us the need for parts replenishment especially the fast moving parts.
We boast of our Service Department - A battery of specialized technicians for mechanical/engine problems, electrical, alternator, controls, ATS, synchronizing problems. Commitment is our response to our customer's every maintenance and after-sales support requirements. Customers who bought units from us more than 10 years ago still call on us for service. We boast of our Traffic/Warehousing Department - importation, forwarding, delivery. Although sometimes a complicated procedure, is made easy with concerted teamwork. Order monitoring, follow-ups and customer information service facilitate timely deliveries.
